All internal uploads are performed using:

This application features an upload area and tagging fields (quotation number, customer ID). All uploaded files are stored at the CIFS share.

The upload application is never started on its own, instead it's launched either by:

After successfull updload the refresh process is triggered from the launching application (usually when the UpDocky window closes).
